RETURNS POLICY
It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied, in all ways,
with the product you have purchased from us.
We do however, sell very sensual and intimate products therefore as soon
as our products have been removed from their sealed packaging it is unlikely
that we would be able to return the item unless the high value item is
defective.
What happens if my product is defective when received?
Products are of an exceptionally high quality however if the item
is defective on delivery please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the
goods so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. Send an email to hello@morganrose.co.za and include
your original order number as well as a full description of the damage. If the item is delivered defective or becomes
faulty due to a manufacturing issue within 10 days of delivery, we will arrange
for a courier to collect at your nearest convenience. The return of the item will be at your cost
after the 10 days has lapsed.
What happens if my product breaks well after it is delivered?
If your fabulous toy becomes defective over time and it is within
the specified warranty period, please return this to us for assessment. Items are only accepted back in their
original packaging.
We will endeavor to have the item replaced or repaired if under
warranty. This will be based on the
manufacturer’s inspection report so we can be clear which damages relate to a
manufacturer issue and those where there has been deliberate or accidental
misuse.
If, for whatever reason, the item cannot be repaired or replaced
we will try our best to source another product for you at a discounted price.
Due to the items being of a sensual and intimate nature, once the
item has left our warehouse the majority of goods are not exchangeable or
refundable for both hygiene and security reasons. All returns and refunds have to be dealt with
in accordance with our supplier’s policies.
What if I decide I no longer want the product?
If the parcel has just been delivered or is still in the process of
being delivered, you can return the products for a credit voucher provided the
courier bag has not been opened or tampered with. We do charge a 15% handling fee or a minimum
of R149 whichever is greater. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate
nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.
What happens if I am due a replacement and the item is out of
stock?
If we cannot replace your product due to stock levels or the
product has been discontinued, we will offer you a refund by means of a fully
redeemable voucher or a suitable replacement to the same/similar value.
How do I know what my warranty period is?
The warranty applied on a product starts on the date of purchase, the
warranty information is listed on the product specifications and attributes on
our website, however if you are in any doubt please contact us on hello@morganrose.co.za and provide us
with your order number and we will advise on the warranty for the items on that
order.
